I need to retrieve the program from a SIMATIC TI 435.

On "SIMATICTI405 User Manual Order Number: PPX:405-8101-2 Manual Assembly Number: 2593546-0006 SecondEdition" the use of TISOFT v2.01 is specified TISOFT Rel2.01.
I can't find the installation of this version.
Is version 7.1 compatible with the TI 435 cpu?

Siemens purchased the TI line of PLCs in the '90s, and kept the TI 505 series as the Siemens 505; they also kept Tisoft, but only the versions for the 505 family.

Other families of TI PLCs such as the TI 305 and TI 405 became the property of Automation Direct, which had worked on these PLCs originally for Texas Instruments. They are now sold as DL305 and DL405, DL as in Direct Logic and can be found on this site:

On the same site you will find the Direct Logic software, DirectSoft, which was the original TIsoft version v2.x for the TI 305 and 405,  and can still program a TI 435 (at least this is what we used a few years ago).. See this site and the screenshot below for more information.

I was tasked to use the Siemens TI405-S7 converter only once for a client project  and the results were so bad that we decided to reprogram the whole project by hand. And when Step 7 v5.0 was launched, this converter was no longer available, Siemens seems to have given up on this particular market. 

I do not know if the file format produced by the latest versions DLSoft matches the DOS file originally generated by Tisoft v2.x. You should ask Automation Direct support for such information. And I do not know if the TI405-S7 converter program is available today from Siemens. Since you do not mention the Siemens CPU you want to use in this conversion (the converter worked with old S7-300s) I cannot tell you if the converter output could be used at all with your S7 project.

In any case, my experience tells me you will have better and faster results with a printout of the TI program, pen and pencil work to organise the conversion, and your required version of Step 7 to actually program it.
