MP377 OS update error

Riyasa Joined: 10/3/2023 Last visit: 11/2/2024 Posts: 43 Rating: (0)	Hi experts, I have MP377 HMI version (01.00.36.00). It's not booting and it's stuck in the same screen asking image update.I have prosave v16 and wincc flexible 2008 SP5 I tried reset to factory settings. but i don't know the IP address of HMI. Also, if i enter the MAC address in the OS update. It showing error on interface parameter assignment. How can i update my image without knowing the IP address. attached image for your reference. Hello, Use Mac address and select TCP/IP ISO. It should work!
