Hi, I believe the issue is complicated. It related to SQL database and might need to link back the PH management console and SQL Historian database to allow you to recover them smoothly. I would suggest you to collect all the screenshot in management console, PH data disc assignment , PH sql database report and send to Siemens for detail guideline.
