Gabriele Corrieri Experienced Member Joined: 11/30/2011 Last visit: 9/14/2024 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm a Simatic and Sinamics (Simovert .... ) user from 18 years, but now I'm facing to programming two RLU a 222 and 236 devices for my new home. As I have understand the right application for my two regulations are not pre-programmed on RLUs. Have somebody a little time do help me with some tricks to get the first steps in this world? Apreciated (very) any document that describe how to write free control loops in these devices. If is needed I'll describe the two regulations loops with the entire process datas (they're very easy). thanks in advance

This guide will help you to understand how it work's. There is also a basic documentation for the Synco 200 controller (to big to send in this forum), you certainly will find as dowload in the internet, if not let me know, we'll find a solution. Gabriele Corrieri Experienced Member Joined: 11/30/2011 Last visit: 9/14/2024 Posts: 49 Rating: (0)	Updates ... my brain has started to get inside this world but I don't understand the correct way to solve the control loop 1 ... the solution could be a comparator, but I think that after that the actuator start to open and close the valve, and as I think this isn't good, other way that I think could be better is when the temperature over the setpoint open a very little the valve, little that isn't needed to close before the temp is under the setpoint ... Where are the parameter for control loop such as gains and deadband? Regards

RichardF Advanced Member Joined: 1/9/2013 Last visit: 10/29/2024 Posts: 46 Rating: (21)	Dear Gabriele Corrieri For the application in the RLU222, I propose the A09, Connect only what you need, in your case the sensor input N.X1 (B2) the output N.Y2 (Y4) and the pump output N.Q2.For the setting of the PID controller you have to go in the menu PARA ant CTLOOP1. The set points are in the menu SET.I propose to set the set point “sun” cool to 60°, for this you have to change also the set point “mond” to 62°. In the PARA of the CTLOOP1 set the SEQ4 XP to 1 and the SEQ4 TN to 00:30.If the reaction of the valve is to fast set th XP to 2 and TN to 1:00 but this depend on your hydraulic configuration. Your is a good start, even that I've 3P valve, the actuator SQK33.00 is 3P. Yesterday evening I've looked around and I've see about U09 could be that's right, with the adjustment of CTLOOP1? I understand that for who is inside this world is very simple, but from outside these are a very black-box :D Regards Gabriele

RichardF Advanced Member Joined: 1/9/2013 Last visit: 10/29/2024 Posts: 46 Rating: (21)	Hello Gabriele RLU arenice controller and simplyto configure if you know how it works;-) If you have a 3p actuator then you have to go in the commissioning menu and in the CONFIG, choose the CTLOOP1 and in the output S4 select 3P and in the same menuCONFIG go to 3P, in thisparameter set yes instate no and the output Q1 and Q2 will be configured as 3P command.In the setting of this3Pyou have to set thepositioning time (125s). But you don't have anymore acommand for the pump. As attachment the basic documentation of theRLU controller. Hope this will help.
