S120 Startup - 44 switching on inhibited - connect 24v to terminal ep (hardware)

Mazen_6286825 Joined: 4/19/2023 Last visit: 1/18/2024 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I am beginner in S120, I made connection between the following: Cu320-2 PN --> 6SL3040-1MAD1-0AA0 Smart Line Module --> 6SL3130-6TE21-6AA4 Motor Module --> 6SL3120-2TE13-0AD0 This message appears on diagnostics S120 Startup - 44 switching on inhibited - connect 24v to terminal ep (hardware) I don't know what to do and I don't know where is ep terminal Also when try to assume control priority from control panel, the following enables are missing: 0 OFF1 1 OFF2 2 OFF3 3 Operation enable 9 infeed enable 10 Ramp function generator 11 Ram function generator start 12 setpoint 17 OFF2 enable internal 30 speed controller inhibited Attachment S120 Connections.jpg (342 Downloads)

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Member Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 12/31/2023 Posts: 8092 Rating: (878)	Hello, Please check Sinamics motor module terminal X21 & X22 24 VDC pulse enable voltage is missing, check p9801.0 status or check STO i.e. safety monitoring functions if any activated/selected.

I connected them But I had also the problems of enables missing (Note, I made automatic configuration) I was adviced to modify the connection to remove Drive-cliq connection between smart line module and control unit and reconfigure manually the drive to be more simple After doing that, the enables are ok but I found a problem When I start to enable the drive, a fault occurs of bus undervoltage I checked the ac line voltage and it is ok I checked DC Bus Voltage with avo but it gives me about 10V !!! Before the fault occurs, the status leds of smart line module is as follows: RDY is orange DC Link is orange P864 was set to 1 The smart line module is new and I am working on it as a training, it is not inside a machine, I just have a connection with ac motor Any Suggestions about the reason of that?
