Can someone please help.  We have S7300 PLC's and I was just wondering can I use TIA or do I have to use Simatic manager.  Also is there a demo version of Simatic manager to have a look at.

you can project the S7-300 in Step7 professional in TIA and in Step7 5.5.

But the older S7-300, which were not active sold when TIA was coming on market are not projectable in TIA. Here you can check which modules are integrated:
