Hello chatjokey1, Welcome to forum. You should have open this topic in DC converters SIMOREG product conference which is the correct one. BTW I request Moderator to transfer this topic. Now to your query, from your description, it looks like problem trigers when your motor run in field weakning mode.(please check & confirm, since relevant data is not available) & it seems that this machine is installed in your shop recently, I suggest you to please check below points. 1. Please confirm drive parameters are as per original/earlier values & are OK. (especially ramp up & ramp down time) 2. Please check head stock lubrication & gear mechanics. 3. Please note F04 - phase failuer or electronics supply failure when drive enable is present & F19 - Armature circuit interupted e.g. fuse blown, phase failure, EMF set p77 too high, line undervoltage etc. etc. As such, I suggest you to check input supply cable ( sq. mm) specification - check if it is adequate to handle application demand, loose connections in lugs, fuse base & fuse etc. etc. 4. Please carry out Auto optimistaion of drive & motor if all above points found OK. HTH . |

There is one problem. I cant calculate because i dont know some data. please see attached. The present parameters almost simular with the factory settings and set values in the manual.
