Hi, Sorry for jumping on an old post, has anyone used SINAMICS G: Load sharing for two coupled drives Only i have 3 Axis that are coupled, its not a solid mechanical coupling its coupled through the product . I looked at LLoadBalance but my mechanics dont suit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, you can use droop functionality for every G120. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/12745006 -2 CU's support droop, too. Function description For mechanically coupled drives, there is the risk that the drives oppose one another: Small deviations in the speed setpoint or actual value of the coupled drives can mean that the drives are operated with significantly different torques. The droop function ensures even torque distribution between several mechanically coupled drives. The droop function reduces the speed setpoint as a function of the torque setpoint. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109818082 |

Thanks Technology Team, I was hoping the https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109774232/ Application can be modified for more than one slave Axis, its a tidy solution. I'll Try droop control with this Application example. It would be good if you guys made a version 2.0 for multiple Axis load sharing non mechanical coupled. FYI My 3 vector Axis are on One CU, Its actually a S120 application CU320

Hello, if you have a CU320-2, the following drive based load sharing could be an option too: |
