Hi,

according to recomendation for this fault in list manual you can try to read motor data from DriveCLiQ encoder module. Switch to commisioning mode by p10=1, than activate data reading by p300 = 10000 in corresponding drive object. Commisioning mode should leave automaticaly after succesfull reading. Than only save new parametrization by p971 = 1 (Save data permanently / Copy RAM to ROM).
