it concerns a Sinumerik 808D advance lathe.

The lathe has 3 gear levels.The SBR 49 program has been expanded to 3 levels.

But it doesn't work correctly.
When M41, M42, M43 is entered, the cycle is triggered but is usually canceled beforehand. When it runs through, the valves are activated but after completion a gear stage change is still requested on the display.

What signals are missing?

Maybe you have a complete program from the SBR 49

with 3 gear levels that is switched via hydraulic valves

I installed the program and tested it.

If I start the hydraulic pump with F 12 and then start M41 or M43

via program execution, the spindle moves briefly and stops with error 025040 Axis MSP1 standstill monitoring and error 022020 sentence 2 spindle S1 MSP1 gear stage change position not reached.

The new program does not come into action at all because it is already canceled by the monitoring.

Is it possible to switch off the standstill monitoring when changing the gearbox?

I have recorded the status of the inputs, outputs and flags in the appendix.
