Hello Palestine, Load Cell-------> SIWAREX Yellow -------> 34 NO! This is totally wrong! Don’t do this! Don’t connect the pin 34 of the Siwarex FTC! This pin is NOT! for screening. (This pin is only used if you connect a second FTC to the same load cell.And this application is very very rarely!) For screening use the shield connecting element (6ES7390-5AA00-0AA0) and the shield connection terminal (6ES7390-5CA00-0AA0) please. Hello Palestine, 1. It is not allowed to connect the pin 34 with the screening. Pin 34 of the FTC is internal connected to the AD converter and if you have EMC influence on the screen you will have these influences directly into your AD converter. The AD converter is responsible to convert the analogue signal of the load cells into a digit value! That means if you have EMC influence on the screen you will have a fluctuating weight value! 2. As already mentioned in my last emails the cause why you receive the technology error message 47 is that you have only a current “Filtered ADC value” of 1,368,019 (see your last screenshot)! Your adjustment digits “Adjustment digits for zero” into your DS3 is 1,368,588. But you need an increasing of the “Filtered ADC value”digit value of at least 336,000 digits to the “Adjustment digits for zero” into your DS3. Your difference is -569 digits (decreasing though the load cell has more load with the adjustment weight?)!?!
