I'm trying to replace in my TDC the communication card from CP50M0 to CP50M1.

With no success yet :)

I have D7-SYS V6.2 + SP3.

In HW config the icon "go online" is not active, please have look into attachment.

My question is why this icon is not active ?

Is this related to D7-SYS version ?

If yes, is then any possibility (with D7-SYS V6.2 + SP3) monitor the status of profibus devices - like online monitoring in HW config.

As I mention before I have a problem with replacing CP50M0 with CP50M1 and I a bit desperate :)

Let me explain my case:

I have TDC rack with several CP50M0 which I need to replace to CP50M1 from obvious reason

Basically profibus lines are:

1. MPI communication with programing device and OP17s
2. Profibus Communication with Et200S
3. Profibus Communication with IBA
4. Profibus Communication with S7 400 where TDC is configured as a slave and S7 400 is master.

Let’s concentrate on the last one case. I replace CP50M0 with CP50M1 and did necessary HW modification on TDC side. S7 side I leaved untouched.

My configuration of TDC is shown in files:

1. TDC_HW_profibus1
2. TDC_HW_profibus2
3. TDC_HW_profibus3

TDC Software configuration shown in files:

1. TDC_prodp
2. TDC_CRV
3. TDC_CTV

S7 configuration is shown in files:

1. S7_HW_1
2. S7_HW_2
3. S7_fault – this fault I can see on S7 online diagnostic

Profibus line is scanned and looks ok:

1. PROFIBUS_diag

On TDC side in card D2000C X1 and X2 interfaces are configured as a 2 different slaves on the same profibus network. For test purpose I connect or X1 or X2 interface to S7.

What is interested it das not matter which interface is connected to S7 on both of them I have the same fault on CRV block - #6012

Any Idea what I’m doing wrong?
