ACamp Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello. I would like to ask for help from the experts ... I'm having a problem implementing the Profibus communication between the ET200SP and a PLC TDC. The remote has the error LED on and on the TDC controller I have the starus that the remote is not responding. Through the Profibus network analyzer I was able to verify that the ET200SP remote is correctly connected to the network and that a configuration error message is returning. Attached are some images with the versions of the software and images of the remote. I would like to know if there is any incompatibility between the ET200SP and the TDC and if it is compatible I wanted to configure it so that I can establish the communication. ACamp Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Some time ago I installed two remote ET200M on our networks without any problem, but with this ET200SP I am not able to communicate correctly. I don't understand why the ET200SP is returning a configuration error message. I have already reviewed my HW assembly several times and everything is currently declared including the ET200SP versions and IO cards Versions of installed software; Simatic PCS7 V8.0+SP2 Simatic D7-SYS V8.0 + Upd1 Help

KSN Platinum Expert Joined: 8/25/2006 Last visit: 11/6/2024 Posts: 2211 Rating: (280)	Hello. Which CP do you use, CP50M0 or CP50M1? Are you sure you have correct gsd for IM155-6DP HF V4.2 (rev.3) (for CP50M0) or have installed HSP242 for IM155-6DP HF V4.2 (for CP50M1)? Show also your TDC-program.

Try to install HSP242, thus you will get IM155-6DP under 'PROFIBUS DP-ET200 SP-IM155-6 DP HF V4.2' in HW Catalog. But on your photo you have IM155 FW V4.2.1 rev.2, try to use use gsd IM 155-6 DP HF V4.2 (Rev.3). What errors do you have at CRV/CTV-FB?

I'm leaving an image with the HW configuration and the GSD installed. I am using this GSP because it is easier. I have 5 stations to install. On your photo from first post you could see v4.2.1 - this is FW version of IM155-6DP. Installing hsp is no more difficult than installing gsd. What errors do you have at CRV/CTV? Show your TDC-program.
