TI545 Programming with TISoft 2 (in DOS)

kevlarster Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Is anyone using TISoft 2 (in DOS) to program any of the TI505 processors? Does anyone know of a good source for info, shortcuts, etc? After having programmed in Step 7, RSLogix, etc for so long, I find it somewhat cumbersome to do it "The old fashioned way". With Thanks....Kevlarster

The following link should point you in the right direction. http://support.automation.siemens.com/US/view/en/10805066/130000 I suggets you start with the 545/555 System Manual, and the Tisoft reference manual. For specific modules there are documents available as you need them. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

kevlarster Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi Daniel, Thanks for the info. I am in need of a TIWay PC adaptor card #PWB2599168 (CVU PC TIWAY). I am using a PC to run Wonderware and need to talk to the NIM (505-7339) in the TI545 PLC rack. The only one I found was on Ebay for $2900. I have a good Siemens guy on it but any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kevlar
