I am currently working with a Siemens IPC and I can't have the touch screen working,

I think it is because the touch screen cannot be found.

Please give me a solution for this problem

Hello bachpham,

I had it once that the touch was not working. I used the Windows-USB-stick which was delivered with the IPC to reset the device (re-setup Windows). After that it worked again.

The IPC is currently on a working machine with order, 

Will reset the device affect the SIMATIC application and the WinCC runtime?

If yes, is there a safer solution to this problem?

 in the Screenshot we can see its a IPC677E is this correct? (To send us the Oder number will help to identify the HW)

In this case its a PanelPC with integrated screen

So the touch should work. Open in Windows the control panel and Hardwareconfig, do you see any noticable errors? is the Screen HW recognized?

(it could also be that there is a HW issue...)

have you connect the Panel with USB to the IPC?
Touch Drivers installed?

 Yes the touch screen have worked before from time to time

And yes I have connect the IPC with the usb

Yes the IPC677E is correct

I have check the hardware config and the HID complant touch screen is not working, maybe this is the reason, you can see in the attachment below

Is there a solution for this
