I am hoping that you can please advise me. We have two AS 353 surge controllers for a large air compressor at an oxygen plant. The controllers are design level A and neither I nor the vendor (Linde) have the configurations of file. I have a spare controller (Design level B) but do not have access to the i|config software. The web site references in the documentation is incorrect and I cannot find anything on Industry Online Support.

I have the software guide (SG15939-64V400) and now need a location to download the software from.

Could you please assist me.

I saw that you asked several times how to get the iconfig software. As you didn't receive any answer, I think the only choice you have is to ask Siemens directly or to use google. I guess no one is able to help you.
