Why shows LSC the LOGO! as "Unknown"?

I have Newest version of comfort V8.3.1 and this logo shows as unnown device what do I do? Is it becouse I am using windows 11? Maybe Attachment Screenshot (7).png (432 Downloads)

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 9/17/2025 Posts: 35966 Rating: (4502)	If you open an empty network project and then click the "Go Online" button, LSC will scan the network for all accessible LOGO!s. If no device names are assigned to the LOGO!s, these LOGO!s are displayed as "Unknown". So it's not a problem. Attachment Online Test.zip (366 Downloads)

When I tried to click on it, V8.3.1 displayed an error telling me that I need a newer version of the software. You are also absolutely right that it still shows as an unknown device, even in Windows 10. But I can use it now! I also didn't expect a reply so fast. This is my first project on logo, so thank you. I know where to go now.
