Hello, 

A very silly and basic issue, I have been trying to connect the LOGO 8.3 to the PC and then to the AWS, when i try to connect it to the pc It will be connected to my pc and later in AWS states “DNS server is not accessible. Check the LOG! BM gateway to ensure that the LOGO! BM gateway is connected to the internet” error, have tried changing the connection configuration on the network adapter setting as well as the other option to physically change the network configuration on the LOGO, after which it does not detect the device, even if it does detect it won’t connect.

Have looked through couple of topics as well as other online resources but have not been useful.

ip: 192.168.1.3

sub:255.255.255.0

gateway: 192.168.0.1

looking at my router gateway which is: 192.168.1.15 and tried configuring it but did as stated above. Have tried changing the gateway to the same but the issue remains the same.

Thank you for your support have tried doing that as well, after which the logo comfort detects the device in the list but will not connect, would there be any other issue?
