Hi,

Can anyone advise on how to reboot/reset the AS1000 integral without affecting the settings already set? Its a new panel fitted last year and appears to just need rebooting/ resetting but I don't want to loose the everything that's already been set ?

Dear Danny,

The INTEGRAL AS1000, RS controllers, can be rebooted by simply interrupting the power for a short period of time. E.g. you can remove the power supply cable for 10 seconds.

All the set points and parameters are stored in the EEPROM and are therefore kept. The battery on the PCB is for the RTC only. You do not need to remove the battery.
