I have the "SED2" with order number "6SE6436-5UD32-2DA0".

it is locked, and it does not even accept the restore to factory default! 

please tell how to do the factory defaults restore.

I would think that using Google you could have found a few answers to "Reset SED2 to factory defaults".

I have no idea if this has any impact on the password protection of the drive though. If it has no effect, I suggest starting a Support Request (see the link above). SED2 drives were developped for the HVAC market (not the Industrial automation sector), so you may need help from a dedicated Siemens tech rather than Product Support from this division.
