Where can I find the CPU 1500 's safety data (exactly CPU 1513F-1), such as MTTFD, DC, CCF and category  or λdu ?

Siemens provides IEC 61508 data for their Safety applications, PFH and PFDav. See the screenshot below, from the CPU 1513F-1 PN technical data.

There are ways to obtain the MTTFd and lambda values for this equipment based on the provided values. There re even available MTTFd calculators on the web; see the following documents to give you an idea:

TiaPortal supports all PLC types, both old and new. In other words, you can use S7-300/400/1200 or 1500 series and all can be programmed in Tia. There is no need to use Step7 to program S7-300 or 400. That is why there will definitely be no tool for conversion Tia -> Step7 made by Siemens.

If you do want to have for some reason the same program in S7-400 and 1500 PLCs, you should carefully study what instructions are available for each series and what the differences of old/new series are. You can program a lot of things in the same way but you will not use full potential of S7-1500.

BTW, Siemens now offers also redundant (S7-1500R) and high availability (S7-1500H) systems which can be programmed in TiaPortal V15.1.

The SET team proposes Safety-related data for the Siemens F_CPUs using PFD and PFDh values.

For users who would rather have them in MTTFd and DCav format, there are ways to establish a relationship between the 2 sets of data, through specific calculations. 

An easier way is to use a Safety Calculator, such as Sistema, to do the translation for you. For that purpose, Siemns' SET team proposes a VDMA format library to import CF-CPU data in programs such as Sistema. See the screenshot below.

When you open the CPU data for a Safety-related configuration, information is provided in terms of PDFh; but you can ask for the same data to be translated to MTTFd, DCav and CCF (depending on the configuration of the Safety function, through the "Determine MTTFd from blocks" selector).

This is really not acceptable from the perspective of traceability of origin of data, there is a need for manufacturer provided data, is there an official Siemens bulletin of some kind?

 Start a support request from the top of this page, and ask Siemens directly. This is just a user forum, for Siemens enthusiasts.

I would point out that in the link provided by mopS04 earlier you can download a zipped Excel table containing the MTBF data for a great number of Siemens contollers and IO modules. Look for the file mtbf.zip in the link proposed.

If you need more data, a Support Request might just be the easiest way to obtain it. It would be appreciated if you shared the Support team's reply on this information.
