Hi,

Looking for a little bit of assistance I’m facing on one of our hoist SIMOREG DC MASTER drives.

Initial fault was a profibus fault, and when using the hardware diagnostics tool i seen that the drive down as slave 5 was not correctly communicating.

I swapped out the ADB board and checked profibus connections to resolve this. This was also not a cable issue as this is the first in line with two other drives communicating correctly.

Since this, i have had the a fault F117 which is not able to clear no matter what, I’m aware this relates to the communication between the T300 and CUD1 board, i only have 1 CUD.

I have swapped out both boards and the eeprom, factory reset and downloaded the backup parameters, but still won’t clear. The eeprom used matches the drive type exactly, i have checked the MFLB via 070

I am getting 1 parameter rejected each time PNR 952 - F-No17.

Any ideas ??.
