I just code for HMI KTP700 Basic. When I simulate my project, its is normal. But, when I using the HMI, the HMI has crashed after I push some button. I change new HMI but both of them is same.

I dont see where to attach video on the wed, so I use another web to upload video. I reupload video in bellow. 

I have updateted the firmware to v17 and try another version v16 v15. 1 v14 too. But the error still exist. 

Yesterday, I try to delete the HMI screen one by one. When the manual screen is deleted, HMI is seem good. I have tested many times. But now I can not use this page because if I add it, HMI is error.

For (a) insist to have your unit replaced by warranty.
For (b) register a support request with the Siemens Support Team with whom you can share your design program.

I was sent to the seller for warranty and they give back me a new one. But, Error still exist on new HMI. 

I will send project for siemen team. Tks you.
