FirstScan is only on for 1 PLC scan. Setting a bit in OB100 allows you to keep the "PLC Starting Up " bit on for as long as needed to avoid most normal startup related PLC generated alarms. Configure your CU320 with latest firmware, then enable & configure NTP on the VFD. Do the same for your PLC (if it has not already been done). Look on this support site for details on how to perform those tasks. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/mdm/109773400?c=129500411915&lc=en-WW Refer to the section "Status and error bits...". <positioning axis object>: <axis name>.StatusBits.Enabled = true Also, there are several status output values that state "try again later", so perhaps built in an auto-retry at startup until the above bits are true. Refer to a Siemens sample project for their version of the startup state machine code that will solve that problem.
