Hello wijekoon; Your printout does not identif the parameters used in your PID block, so it is difficult to see what values were inserted for the different PID gains, for example. See if the following FAQ can help you start, and post a screencapture of your original OB251 so we can hel you further. Converting Control Parameters from S5 to S7 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello, Please check section 9.3.3 of the THIS manual for S5 PID controller.For PID controller in S7 controllers(FB41), you can check this manual(1.pdf ).Checking description of both blcoks and digram provided, you can map each parameters from S5 to S7 controllers.Check the following clustered threads for FB41 here: PID Control Package - FB41 Samples Best regards, Hamid Hosseini |
