Hi All,

I want to backup HMI File on SIJECT OP 37(OEM OP37 Novapak). I use the cable that I usually use to download HMI File to OP 270, MP 270 and works well with these 2 HMI panel..

I already setting the port setup on my laptop and prosave(picture attached), also make SIJECT OP 37 go to transfer mode(picture attached).

I use USB to Serial Converter in order to connect the cable to my laptop. I connect my cable to Port IF2(Config. / Printer Interface) on the HMI Panel.

The result was fail to connect to HMI Panel.

Cable connection from 15 pin Sub D and 9 pin Sub D which I make myself is also attahed.

Is there some settings that i missed in order to successful connect to this SIJECT OP 37 HMI Panel?
