CPU S7 315 2DP and SFC 80

frohme Posts: 18 Rating: (1)	Hi guys! Mayby someone had similar problem with SFC80. My CPU is connected to different DP via PROFIBUS and during commissioning I want to deactivate some outputs, so I thought that above mentioned SFC will be a good solution. But when I tried to load it to the memory I've got message that it is an error and CPU got SF. Here a pice of code: CALL SFC80 N:= 2 // how many outputs RET_VAL:= MW32 //as integer SA:= P#Q0.0 // pointer to first of them Any ideas why it doesn't work? Regards frohme

You can check the S7-300 Instruction list manual. Better, you can go Online with your CPU, open the Online Blocks folder and see what SFCs/SFBs number are available for that particular CPU. frohme Posts: 18 Rating: (1)	Thanks a lot! It was simple, and helpful. Before that, I checked some circumstances in "System Software for S7-300/400 System and Standard Functions" but it wasn't nothing that CPU 315 dosn't support this SFC. Now it's clear why. Thanks again. frohme
