what is connected to the CPU?

this is an external fault. Maybe there is a Profibus or Profinet projected in HW and there´s nothing connected.

Thanks for reply. So there are both - Profibus and Profinet networks, both are healthy. Profinet topology healthy as well.

In the meantime my colleague contacted Siemens, was advised that possibly the problem is in discrepancy between version of PN/PN coupler configured (v2.0) and physically connected (v3.0).

As we have production all day and night we will have opportunity to download HW-Config only on Saturday.

I hope the problem is in PN/PN coupler configuration, strange is there is no Bus fault
