Hi,

In our 20Hi Rolling Mill , we have problem with FM458-1 DP module. It goes into STOP.

In CFC, "module information" said:

Error panels: no error

Exceptions: last crash , ID:  #4 USER, Supplementary ID: 54 ( User STOP triggered on this CPU)

This crash appear after a time between 1 to 4 hour. It is repeatable , with time delay.

To restart the FM458 module , I switched to STOP and again to RUN, and FM458 runs OK.

Please, help me to find the problem and to fix it.

Hi, 

I don t have an user conection to FM458. Just PLC and a PC with VB6 as HMI.  No PG.  No Siemens Simatic software on PC. 

Do You have another suggestion?  Could Be something wrong with Fm458 modules?  Like hardware problem?
