Maximum speed setpoint

This simodrive is connected to 1FT6082-8AF71-5TG1 motor. What is not clear for me is, the speed setpoint send to this drive from my plc (as I see in the program,picture is attached) is 57344 decimal ( or E000 hex) the programmer multiply 16384 to about 350 precent, is it possible? I mean as I know before shouldn't the maximum speed setpoint in siemens numeric be 4000hex? Or 16384 decmial? And why did the programmer do that? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Masterdrives MC speed controler.
