Hello.

You are not having the same problem as the previous topic. Seeing ##### means the HMI is not making communication with the PLC. The S7-200's memory addresses are fixed. The HMI is able to read memory addresses even if the program is lost.

Number 1 thing to check is the configuration in the HMI system settings. Make sure the PLC address, baud rate and others are set correctly. 

Number 2 thing to check is the communication cable. Check that the inner wire on the DB9 connector is still soldered properly. Use a hand meter to verify the continuity connection from one DB9 connected to the other DB9 connector.

What are your thoughts? Which things have you already tried to diagnose your problem?
