hello technology team I think my problem is related to the resolution settings. I have shared all the information about the settings in the attachment. On the technology object and driver side When I enter the same value for Gx_XIST1 and Gx_XIST2, the measurement is incorrect but it saves the position when the power is cut off. But when I enter 11/9 on the driver side and enter 6/1 in the technology object, the measurement is correct, but it does not save when the power is cut off. What are the correct values based on this information? thank you

hello I use an SSI ruler and I have problems with it. I set the Gx_XIST1 and Gx_XIST2 values of my position values to 0 on the driver and to side, but my 100mm ruler shows a value of 3.127 mm when I move from the beginning to the end. Which parameter is wrong? When I set Gx values other than 0, there is a problem saving the position value.
