Hi I have a jogging question, if I want to use motion control MC_ ... blocks, how to input tag Axis on the block look like, or is there a data type that can be used directly? I have a 1212C CPU, a KT600 HMI and a Bosch Rexroth servo. I need to adjust the speed and ability to change the length. So I want to use the blocks MC_Power, MC_Reset, MC_Halt and MC_MoveVelocity. Or do it with the hardware settings to do? See sending files AttachmentDevice.zip (725 Downloads) |

Hello, the MotionControl blocks are used for controlling servo or stepmotors via PulseTrainOutput thru a drive. You don't need the drive/motor in your hardware configuration. You have to add a technology object called "axis". And this is your input tag. Perhaps this will help you: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/38391227 |
