Hi All ,

I had S7-1214C with 2 channel analog Output card which doing Small PID control Application.Which the system is running perfectly for 4 months. Recently i face one issue as below, hope some one can shared with your expertise.

The problem occur on CPU as the Real Time Clock reset by itself to Factory Default which 1970 on year and beside RTC , The PID controller Stop functioning as nothing dispay in KTP100 . CPU show RUN no Error .....

I try redownload the project include HW configuration and PLC program once more , everything functioning as normal. This already happen twice in 6 month.

Any one can help me on this ,

Hi Sir ,

I encouter that my PID problem is not new thing , many people did encouter same problem as me ,
PID controller turn inactive by itself. Only solution is redownload PLC program or Deactivated controller then can reset back to Automatic Mode. an
I did the program as putting in signal filter , controller restart any so on . My CPU FW is v2.12 and
PID compact v1.2 . Is there any solution can solve this problem ?
