Gents,

I've received HMI panel project from vendor and it was retrived without problem.

But when I try to open screen I receive error message "The editor cannot be displayed. The target object is not available on this HMI device."

Please have a look in attached picture.

Any suggestions what is causing it and what to do.

you need to download TIA portal support package, it can be found on below link for TIA V14:

I've had the same problem.

If you have WinCC installed make sure that the HMI panel you want to open is supported by WinCC version you have. Check this threat:
