the MC_Halt stops the axis, but this is not a pause. I'm sorry, but something like this doen't exists. But you can easiely build this for your own. You know the pulses you want to drive and you know the current position. If you set MC_Halt and axis has not reached final position, than set the difference between final position and current position as new relative position target and start relative positioning again.
