I have installed WinCC Unified and currently developing a new application.

All things considered, things are going well. 

We were disappointed to find that screen navigation, slide in windows and general screen structure changed to the WinCC Professional format.  We all found screen navigation WinCC Advanced clear and concise.  Whatever issues we have with screen navigation we will overcome, the good thing is that screen navigation is now similar in both Unified PC and Unified Comfort. 

Question:

1.  Will Unifed have plans to include the Diagnostics control as found in WinCC Advanced? 

Our customers rely on this control for quick hardware diagnostics.  If there is an alternative in Unified, let me know.

Hello thefro,

on one hand I've not yet found an official announcement regarding this feature.
On the other hand, it's still the first version of Unified.
So I think, that there is a chance, that something like this will come one day.
