Hello, First of every thing, check that the quick commissioning parameter set have been entered correctly. And then check value of parameter P0210 For more details, please have a look on page 47 of this manual
Please have a look on pages 148 to 150 of the same mentioned manual. Hope this helps. |

Hi satapornL It seems you are adding up more work for your commissioning task. First up all please let us know Are you commissioning a new MM440 or trouble shooting an existing drive? 1) If you are commissioning a new drive, you don’t need to use oscilloscope at all. All Siemens drives have factory test certificate and it is rare to find a faulty one. Few things you have to check first a) MM440 is sized correctly for your application and motor b) motor name plate data has been entered correctly c) appropriate control method has been selected in the drive Also please check out this manual for brief and clear instructions for quick commissioning (click here) 2) If you are troubleshooting an existing drive Please refer page 37 for DC link positive and negative terminals (can be accessed easily without opening the MM440 cover) |
