Hello Sedighzade, not so easy to explain in some sentences... WinCC flexible is for visualizing on special panels (tp177, op177, KTP, mobile panel, MP277 and so on) directly on a production machine in factory. WinCC is for visualizing on all HMI-components, it has a maximum functionality. You can use PCs for visu. There are existing some options for WinCC, you can use for special tasks:
WinCC RT (runtime) is used for running a visu on a PC without existing WInCC engineering software. It's like a runtime for Visual Basic.
