I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking your assistance with an issue I encountered after replacing a faulty CP341 module. The original module had the order number 6ES7 341-1CH01-0AE0, which I replaced with a new CP module, order number 6ES7 341-1CH02-0AE0, due to the 1CH01 version being obsolete. Before installing the new CP341 module, I transferred the old dongle from the old CP 1CH01 to the new CP 1CH02 then installed module. While the CPU appears to be functioning correctly and healthy, I'm experiencing the following issues with the new module: 1. The SF LED on the CP341 is illuminated. 2. The TX and RX LEDs are not blinking. 3. The diagnostic buffer for the CPU shows no errors. 4. The diagnostic buffer for the CP341 is shows no errors. 5. The diagnostic interrupt indicates some faults, yet the parameter button is inactive and not displaying any information. Given the above situation, I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving these issues. Your guidance on why the SF LED is on and how to make the diagnostic and parameter functions operative would be invaluable. Attached debug interrupt of new CP341-1CH02 Thank you for your assistance in advance. Best regards, AttachmentDI1.pdf (217 Downloads) |
