Hi, i have a MMC 6ES7953-8LJ30-0AA0, 512KB. from a S7-300 plc that had an electrical problem and its communication ports were damaged. I inserted the memory into another good plc, but can't put it online and download the program inside it. I did a image of MMC with S7imgRD and WinHex programs, in both the image had 29.9MB. Do you think that if I write the image that I have in the same MMC, with S7imgWR the problem will be fixed?

if you put this card in a like-for-like or compatible CPU, it should simply work.

failing this, it sounds like the contents of the card could be damaged, is there any reason why you do not have the backup project or image from the OEM?

it sounds to me, like the contents of the card are corrupted. Assuming you have an identical or comptabile CPU, you should simply be able to insert it into the new CPU and it should run.

If you have copied the contents to an identical working MMC and its not working, then it is clear that the backup is not fully intact.
