It works fine on the server and  webserver.

They use edge to browse

any success? Try to check, in SMC app, if all services are running, especially these two:

In my case, there was a service hanged out before these two were started. Some problem with project extensions after project restoration.

I had the same issue and found adding a domain before your user name allowed me to access Flex Client. This works on both Edge and Chrome.

Can you please elaborate more? What domain name and where did you add it ? I'm facing the same problem. If you could demonstrate on concrete example please.  The domain name of my PC is "Lenovo"  and it can be found at Control Panel -> System -> about. I want to log in to FlexClient with "user0" DesigoCC account. When I try to connect with this account I get the message "no connection to management station". 

Here is my WebServices url that I created through SMC: https://lenovo/WSI

and here is my FlexClient url that I created throught SMC: https://Lenovo:443/FlexClient

This FlexClient is linked with the Web Services URL as it should be.

I am facing the same issue. It works fine on the main BMS workstation but shows "no connection to the management station" on iPad. I tried everything from my end but not resolved.

Please share if anyone knows the solution to this issue. (Attached photo for the reference)

To solve this issue , just :

Browse the Desigo iso :  under Quality Updates – Additional software – WebSitePortReconfiguration you will find an exe file :

- WebSitePortReconfiguration.exe : Execute it with administrator rights .

- You will be asked for a port number for the HTTPS communication , just  give 443 in .

EN everything will be OK .
