Hello,

the process for reset of the password very depending on which version do you have installed.

Earlier versions of the PXM can't be reset by your self and they must be send to the factory for to get reset.

Never versions can be reset by service pin on the back side of the panel.

 I`m afraid that fimware version of panels was v1.2

here the FW isn't the main issue, HW version is main problem.

A= must be send to HQ

B= reset can be done via service pin (Reset button) on the back the panel

HW revision is visible on type label.

Hi Screenshot in attachment Could you write please which one is HW version? From Service button also unfortunately didn't solve this problem ABT Site fault on Authentication error

According picture is it HW version B.

So it should go do reset via reset pin.

I've generated the Pdf from the link, but it should work. You have to be login to Sios and select International section.
