Cannot download changes to OS only entire system

silva_SPS Advanced Member Joined: 3/21/2015 Last visit: 8/22/2025 Posts: 60 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts, I also have a similar issue, I am using PCS7 9., i have no faults during my compilation of the OS and if I do small changes or even no changes and try to download it, the system will not allow me to do "only changes" download but the entire system, but I stop the server is always a thing no one likes to do. Is there any solution for this "problem"? Important to mention have a redundant server running here. Thank you in advance. Check if you fulfill the requirements, some changes cannot be done with OS download change (chapter 19.8). PCS7 Operator Station manual Another usefull manual is the Compendium part A Configuration guidelines. Chapter 11 describes OS downloading changes, see chapter 11, page 395. Compendium part A

Apparently I meet all the requirements as long I can observe but still ask me to download full project all the time, even if I do no changes at all in the project. Downloading the OS I have no error messages or alarms, the download goes Smoothly. for the information I am doing the Downloads from the ES to the OS and the OS_Standby. Below is the result of my last attempt, trying from the compile and download objects option. Date: 12/12/2024 time: 07:11:32 AM Compile: Factory_NRCS\FactoryOS\Configuration -> Object was compiled without errors Date: 12/12/2024 time: 07:11:33 AM Compile: Factory_NRCS\FactoryOS\WinCC Appl.\Connections -> Object was compiled without errors Date: 12/12/2024 time: 07:11:33 AM Compile: Factory_NRCS\FactoryOS\WinCC Appl.\FactoryOS -> Object was compiled without errors Date: 12/12/2024 time: 07:12:29 AM Download: Factory_NRCS\FactoryOS\Configuration -> Object was downloaded without errors Date: 12/12/2024 time: 07:12:32 AM Download: Factory_NRCS\FactoryOS\WinCC Appl.\Connections -> Object download was executed (with warnings) Date: 12/12/2024 time: 07:12:32 AM Download: Factory_NRCS\FactoryOS\WinCC Appl.\FactoryOS -> Error occurred downloading the object Refer to the log for the single objects for more information. Load log ================================================================================ Cancel: The target computer could not be loaded: Runtime status: Activated Than I clicked over the master OS icon and try to download, the changes option was not available, than I clicked in details and Delta Loader Status Screen Show up, after that i closed it and the changes option was now available.
