Hi Oreca. Maybe you can help me. I have a phase called 'KI_HeatControl' and it has 3 Control Strategies: HeatCtrl, CoolCtrl and Drying. I can access the HeatCtrl SPs from Recipe→Header parameters in the Recipe Editor, but when I search for the CoolCtrl SPs, for example: SP_Temp_below_floor_Cool (°C) or Fan_Speed_Cooling (%) I cannot. Why do some SPs that belong to the same sequence and Phase appear in some cases (like in the HeatCtrl strategy) but in other cases not (like in the CoolCtrl strategy) and how can I make them appear accessible in the Header parameters? Attached image where I show an example: I want to search for the End_Temp_above_floor setpoint (of the CoolCtrl strategy) in Header parameters of the recipe Editor but it does not appear as an eligible option. Tkanks!!

Hi, You can distribute two ways when using setpoints. From header level to below sub items like RUP, ROP, RPH. Or from RPH to ROP, RUP and header level. You can also distribute a setpoint from RPH to only the ROP or RUP level. It depends on the application. What you want I think is to define a setpoint in the phase and sent it to the header level so you can assign a value there. You need to go to the setpoint in the RPH under tab: "Parameters" and then click on "..." in the column: "Source". It shows you a dialog with smileys. If all checkmarks are set, you are about to sent the setpoint to the header level. If you do that, you can now assign a value to it at the header level and the value is linked all the way down to the RPH. |

Hi, Sorry if I did not understand. But if some setpoints are not available in batch for a phase, it can mean that the setpoints are not allocated for that control strategy. In the SFC type under Characteristics->Control Strategies, you can view which setpoint is enabled for the control strategy |
