Well Jens, As per chteng's last post, he is using output contactor. Now what I am thinking is, he has some problem in control logic. He might shutdown the motor along with contactor. In such case, motor will stop by it self and drive will ramp down and will get A0922 because of open contactor. Contactor should not be operated while drive is still supplying power to motor Because of On Load switching of contactor at output of drive, motor is being damaged.. As per FAQ, drive must be in Off condition either OFF1 or OFF2 before operating contactor Here are some links from google regarding output contactor.... http://forums.mikeholt.com/archive/index.php/t-85580.html http://www.ctiautomation.net/AC-Tech-Drives-FAQs.htm http://www.allinterview.com/showanswers/74168.html http://www.industrial-electronics.com/output_devices_amplifiers_valves_relays_variable-frequency_drives_stepper_motors_servomotors/AC-drives-FAQ-3.html Regards, Devesh Vithani |
