ISSP Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Dear friends, I am using QAX903 with Web server - it works ggod, but when I try to use ACS790 through OCI700 it doesn;t work. The message is: "No connection to the communication program. Restart ACS or reinstall ACS". As you easy can gess, my activity in this direction brought no result. The access password is OK. Any idea? May be somebody passed this problem more successefull then me..... EA

Please check the cable and the KNX connection. Minimum one BUS power supply must be switched ON at the KNX bus. Furthermore the Konnex address must be uneven from 255. Both you can check and configure from HMI. Siemens Support

ISSP Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Dear Tinot, it's me again... I have connection: QAX903<-TP->OCI700<-KNX->Computer with ACS Address, for sure another then 255. I have 222. I have both lamp on OCI light on - KNX and BUS And ETS4 easy can monitor KNX telegramm from OCI700 through the same KNX port. So, it's not a OCI and communication scheme problem. May be some driver? E
