Alarm: The light indicator is always active but no buzzer

I just wanna add something, in a system with a present fault triggering an alarm the buzzer had to be silence till the fault will be repaired, so a light indicator can be always active but no a buzzer, how we can solve this matter? You can set message texts that require acknowledgment. This means that the message text is retained even if the trigger event no longer exists. You can delete this message text using the OK (Enter) key. But this only works if the trigger event no longer exists. Should I give an example of this? Which LOGO! did you exactly? Please write the item number.

AM2-0BA2 Unfortunately no, I need to reset the alarm triggered but to silence the buffer, even if the fault still present and take few days to repair, the goal is to no switch off the whole system to silence the buffer. I will continue looking the best way if you have any idea you are alway welcome B.Blach
