AUTOMATIC SWITCHING FROM RUN TO STOP

Buongiorno a tutti mi chiamo Alessandro Olivero sono un nuovo utente.

Ho acquistato qualche tempo fa due logo! 0BA8 24RCE con moduli di espansione analogici e digitali e, un logo TDE per la gestione della mia centrale termica.

Premetto che sul siemens sono un autodidatta probabilmente su alcune nozioni tecniche specifiche mi potrei perdere un pò.

con il primo logo associando due moduli DM8 24R, un modulo DM16 24R, tre moduli AM2 RTD

ho creato la parte di gestione della centrale termica ovvero:

-estione di reintegro pellet al termocamino tramite coclea dal serbatoio aggiuntivo

-gestione pompe impianto interfacciato alla domotica in modo semplice in-out digitali "no modbus, knx, ecc"

-gestione della stratificazione puffer acqua tecnica e comando accensione e spegnimento termocamino

-gestione dell'acqua di mandata impianto con curva climatica.

con il secondo associazione di un modulo DM8 24R ho creato la parte di anomalia ovvero:

-anomalia pompe impianto 

-anomalia pompa primaria termocamino

- esaurimento pellet dal serbatoio aggiuntivo

con il logo TDE in soggiorno per la supervisione di tutto.

Fin qui tutto funzionante:

il problema è che i due logo! 0BA8 in periodi non precisi decidono di passare dalla nodalità RUN alla modalità STOP senza che nessuno glielo dica facendo così bloccando tutto l'operazione; una volta poi una settimana poi si fermano, come piantarla per 4/5 volto in un giorno.

secondo voi cosa può essere? lo fanno ufficialmente uno dall'altro; è probabile che uno funzioni per 3/4 giorni o una settimana e l'altro si fermi tutti i giorni e così via

-pump management system interfaced to home automation in a simple digital in-out "no modbus, knx, etc."

- management of the technical water puffer stratification and on / off control of the burner stove

- management of the system delivery water with climatic curve.

With the second  DM8 24R module I created the alarm part or:

- system pump fault

- alarm of the primary fireplace stove pump

- exhaustion of pellets from the additional tank (low level?)

With the TDE Logo! in the living room to supervise everything.

So far all working:

The problem is that the two Logo! 0BA8 at unspecified periods decide to switch from RUN node to STOP mode without anyone telling them, by doing so blocking the whole operation; once a week then they stop, sometimes  4/5 times in a day.

What do you think it can be? They officially do it from one another; one is likely to work for 3/4 days or a week and the other will stop every day and so on

As above we need to see your project file (in zip), this to see if you have a mistake ( really it helps that more people see the setup). You may have the problem in front of you and still not see it.....

Also it maybe a issue with the Logo module there was 1 version with a corruption in the firmware that resulted in a stop , in my case it was ones a month and it was the solar boiler. if it stopped it boiled out a part of the water ........ the firmware update solved it

IXO65 I am not often disagreeing with you (it is maybe the first time).

The firmware V1-81-03 , one of the corrections it made was related to network communication between logo module and TDE , if used more then 50 days. after that the network became unstable.

After the firmware update in my case from the LOGO module ( i only had one in use ) , i did not restart or power down and that was early 2018.

Because we did not see his program we do not know yet the reason from the reported stoppage.  So lets wait if he will upload the program.

If the power supply is unstable, then it may happen that LOGO! goes to stop.

Exactly: LOGO! do not switch to RUN in case of a power fail.

This may happen, if LOGO! detect a power fail. Then LOGO! remember the last mode (RUN). No power comes back, LOGO! starts, look for last mode and try to switch ti RUN. If now the power drop below the specified values, LOGO! detect a power fail, but if LOGO! boot sequence is not completed, the the last mode is STOP.
