Hi everyone, I enter the following parameters to do master slave axis coupling in Sinumerik, but the axes are not coupled. 37256 $MA_MS_TORQUE_CTRL_P_GAIN[AX8] = 0.5 37258 $MA_MS_TORQUE_CTRL_I_TIME[AX8] = 5 37264 $MA_MS_TENSION_TORQUE[AX8] = 15 37262 $MA_MS_COUPLING_ALWAYS_ACTIVE[AX2] = 1 37262 $MA_MS_COUPLING_ALWAYS_ACTIVE[AX8] = 1 AX2 Master(Y1) AX8 Slave(Y2) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

If you are sure you have that option purchased. I suggest you to read Siemens manual very carefully you did not provide CNC type--for 840D I post FB3-manual cover --please read section 12 I hightailed remind--the Master axis is speed control and Slave axis should be current control (or call TORQUE control)
